Privacy notice
PAUL WILL FIX IT uses your details only to arrange your visit, measure and fix your Wi-Fi, and send you your report.
What the booking form collects
Your name, email address, phone number and suburb; your internet provider, NBN connection type, plan speed and router model; the size of your home, its number of levels and any construction notes; the problems you see, how many devices you use, the dates that suit you and, if you choose to add one, a floorplan image.
Where your booking is kept
The booking form is run on Cloudflare, which stores your booking and floorplan image. PAUL WILL FIX IT copies each booking from there into its own records, which are kept on its own computer and are not reachable from the internet.
During the visit
- Your Wi-Fi password is used only on the day, to connect the measuring devices to your network. It is not written down or stored, and it is removed from every measuring device before the visit ends.
- Paul records measurements of your Wi-Fi, notes about your home network and photos of your network equipment.
- If a copy of your router settings is kept, passwords and keys are removed from it before it is stored.
- You approve the work for your visit by signing on the laptop, and your name, signature and the time are kept with the job.
Your report
The plain-English summary in your report is drafted with an AI service from your measurements and findings only, with passwords, keys and full device addresses removed first. Paul checks and edits every summary before you receive it.
Cookies and spam checks
This site sets no cookies of its own. The booking page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a program, is sending the form.
